Marsha Montague is a nationally board-certified Physician Assistant who has specialized in Medical Aesthetics since 2018. She has an eye for facial rejuvenation resulting in a highly natural appearing enhancement. She listens closely to each patient’s unique goals to ensure personalized results. She is dedicated to helping clients feel confident by looking and feeling their absolute best through subtle, expert care.
Marsha is a Southern California native who grew up in Upland, California. Prior to being involved in medicine she worked for Christian Dior Cosmetics. In 2004, Marsha graduated magna cum laude from Cal Poly Pomona with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and a minor in Human Physiology. She then attended Western University of Health Sciences, where she earned a Master of Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies in 2006, graduating with honors. Marsha practiced Emergency Medicine for a total of 11 years prior to changing specialties to Medical Aesthetics. In 2018 when the opportunity presented itself to join HTB at its inception she leapt into the specialty of Medical Aesthetics.
Marsha’s expertise has been developed by attending many advanced aesthetic certification courses, and master level injection trainings. She has had in-person training with world-renowned experts in the Medical Aesthetics field. She has a passion for education—both for herself and her patients. Marsha is the lead PA at HTB and is a mainstay within HTB for any medical or aesthetic questions the team may have. She also wrote and created HTB’s Vascular Occlusion protocol.
Marsha lives in Carlsbad with her husband, Luke, two children, Evan & Brielle, and their dog, Lexie. She loves spending quality time with her family.
