Dr. Amanda Holden is the Founder, CEO, and Medical Director of Holden Timeless Beauty. She is known for her thoughtful, natural approach to aesthetic medicine and her special passion for injecting patients with highly customized lip and facial filler treatments.
Dr. Holden completed her undergraduate education, medical school, and residency training at UC San Diego. Early in her career, she treated complex facial injuries in the trauma bay and served as a flight physician with Mercy Air—experiences that shaped her deep understanding of facial anatomy, precision, and safety.
In 2017, Dr. Holden transitioned into medical aesthetics, bringing her surgical foundation and attention to detail into a more artistic and personalized practice. Today, she is a nationally recognized educator and trainer, regularly speaking at major medical aesthetics conferences and teaching providers across the country. She is also the host of the Holding Time Back podcast, available on Apple Podcasts and Spotify, where she shares insights on aging beautifully, innovation, and excellence in patient care.
Dr. Holden works closely with respected mentors in business and leadership, including Sharon Lechter and the 10X business community, allowing her to continuously evolve both her clinical practice and the patient experience.
