A crooked nose refers to visible asymmetry in the nasal bridge, tip, or overall alignment of the nose relative to the face. This may appear as a deviation to one side, uneven contours, or imbalance between the bridge and tip.
Asymmetry can be noticeable from the front, profile, or both.
Nasal asymmetry may be due to natural anatomy, genetics, prior injury, or trauma. In some cases, subtle shifts in surrounding facial volume or structure over time can make asymmetry more apparent.
Because the nose sits at the center of the face, even small irregularities can stand out.
